This is a walking, biking, and transit paradise in one of the "Hottest" neighborhoods in PDX The HAWTHORNE DISTRICT! Easy curbside parking. One block from organic grocery store, ICONIC restaurants, and shopping, galore! Soo much entertainment! Top 1% of homes! An open and affirming household who welcomes all. We do allow smoking/vaping outside, including cannabis.

There are cafes, coffee shops, cider houses, bars, shops, restaurants, grocery stores all within walking distance or bus. There are 3 bus routes close by and street parking is never an issue. The Kitchenette is very well stocked with most things you'd need.
