Welty Place is a relaxing getaway nestled in the beautiful Laurel Highlands, yet conveniently located right along Route 982. It is just minutes from Arnold Palmer Airport and the city of Latrobe, as well as Westmoreland Fairgrounds. Pittsburgh is within an hours drive. Ohiopyle, Falling Water, and Seven Springs (20 miles away), are other nearby attractions. We welcome long term stays, including guests looking to work remotely. The Ridgeview Bungalow sits on three acres and is in the Laurel Highlands just above Jacobs Creek. The country setting is a perfect place for a quiet get away. Pittsburgh, Ohiopyle, and Falling Water are easy day trips. Seven Springs and Hidden Valley Ski Resorts are a seventeen mile drive. The bungalow is also a great place to simply hang out. A cozy living room in the winter or the front porch overlooking the surrounding mountain range create a relaxing atmosphere.
