Private suite on the shores of the Waikareao Estuary. Our home is situated on the popular Daisy Hardwick Cycle/Walkway. Easy walking distance to a Supermarket, several cafes & restaurants, and only 5 mins walk to a lovely swimming beach. All rooms are filled with morning sun and overlook the Estuary. Breakfast is not provided. The guest suite is separated from the home by a locked door. We have a free guest car park. Your hosts Nola & Barry have traveled extensively &. enjoy meeting new people.

A cute private glamping set-up nestled in the trees alongside the Wainui River. Here, you'll have a well-equipped outdoor kitchen with power, a cosy cabin with a comfy queen-sized bed, a hot outdoor shower and bath. Explore the beautiful Wainui river on our two-person kayak or curl up with a book and do absolutely nothing at all. There are also plenty of hikes in the area. Pets (inc horses) are welcome. Relax in our carefully curated Poolside Retreat. Motuopuhi Poolside Retreat is centrally located in the peaceful neighbourhood fondly referred to as the Avenues, and lucky to be situated on a quiet cul de sac with views of the harbour and Motuopuhi Island. Walking distance to bar and restaurant district, movies, groceries and shopping. Additionally, a trip to the Mount is a 15km drive, easy bike ride or bus. Enjoy a dip in the pool or an evening spa, before turning in for the night.

River Gardens Cabin

River Gardens Cabin This is a quirky unique cabin that is stand alone, cozy, with a retreat glamping aspect. Starting with bedroom / lounging in main cabin, flowing out to covered deck area with high roof with clear lights, with outdoor kitchenette / dining that links to the lockable outdoor bathroom. River views from the cabin and many other areas, the property is spacious with large meandering lawns and gardens to explore. It is tucked away yet only minutes' drive into Bethlehem.

The bach is located next door to our property and is perfect for a couple or small family . Modern decor, warm, sunny and across the road from Papamoa beach. Dogs are welcome and section is fully fenced. Home away from home with Wifi, Sky TV, Netflix. Full facilities including oven, m/wave, dishwasher, washing machine. A smallish space but very functional and also has double shower . Papamoa Plaza is only 1 minute drive away and short drive to Mercury Baypark, Bayfair and The Mount

This cute, standalone waterfront cottage has yesteryear charm with all the stylish modern amenities and amazing seaviews. Only 10 minutes to central Tauranga, 10 minutes to one of the best beaches in NZ, and 15 minutes to infamous Mt Maunganui. Climb to the top of the Mount for unparalleled views or walk the base of the Mauao. Swim, hike, cycle, restaurants and bars, chillax and enjoy, even if you are here for work! it's all close! The Pool House at Blackburn

Light airy warm self-contained apartment situated on a lifestyle block minutes from Tauranga's CBD. The Pool House has one separate bedroom with 4 built-in bunks good for adults or kids. The main room has a high-end Tilt-away king-size bed with a quality mattress, allowing adults to enjoy evenings and personal space. As we are remediating our land after flood damage we don't have our usual livestock however we are happy for guests to walk and enjoy the property.

This house boasts stunning ocean views and contemporary New York loft-style decor that combine to create an irresistible ambience that will make it hard for you to leave. The excellent location of Sea View Terrace is ideal for days at the beach, with access to the sand and surf literally across the road, there are even a couple of boogie boards available so you can catch a wave or two or hop on the two bicycles for some exercise or explore the area.
