The house can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. The living area is open and sunny with a big kitchen. There is plenty of parking for recreational trailers. Come enjoy a rewarding climb up Katahdin or grab a book and read on the deck.

This spot is for everyone whether you're looking to relax and read, swim and kayak, snowmobile and icefish or explore the beauty of Baxter State Park. Whatever you choose, this spot is the place to rest at days end.

Close to Baxter State Park and majestic Mount Katahdin as well as Katahdin Woods and Waters National Park. Come have a cozy stay at "The Loft" in Patten, Maine! We're just a brisk five-minute walk from Katahdin Brew Works, Ellis Market, Richardson's Hardware, gift shops, and local restaurants. Conveniently located near the North and South entrances of Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument, the Northern entrance to Baxter State Park. We are about 25 minutes from the Seboeis River Trail, and just 30 minutes from the Penobscot River Trails.

Maine Lake Cabin

This rustic cabin has everything! Access to the lake, a complimentary canoe and gear is part of the deal. A boat slip can be arranged, there is access to ATV trails. It is also a perfect hunting cabin. There is running water, hot water, and electricity. The area is rustic, with excellent access, paved roads and nearby supplies. The cabin has a small refrigerator and a 10 gallon hot water tank as well as many small appliances.

Apple Tree Cottage Tiny Home

Come and see what Tiny Home living is all about! This cute little cottage is nestled along a big apple tree. Our rustic queen bed cabin is a cute, relaxing little getaway for two with a big screened in porch. We're located along the main ATV trail, just pull right in! There are thirty-seven acres with hiking trails throughout, and Big Brook borders one side of the property. Enjoy our Northern Maine getaway!

The Rice Block is located in the heart of historic downtown Houlton. The downtown location couldn’t be better for restaurants, shopping, walking trails, community events, and access to I-95 & HWY 1. We love the original 1897 details of the building that are coupled with all the amenities of 2024. It has all the charm of days gone by with all the utility of the modern world.
