Ample parking available. Trust stadium and Waitakere Hospital a 5 min drive away. Enjoy sitting on the deck under the trees and unwind. The Kingsland Suite is a modern space with good natural light. Keypad entry makes for very simple check ins and check outs. A comfy 1 Bedroom and lounge space for you to relax and unwind after a busy day, out seeing all the great sights Auckland has to offer, or visiting friends or relatives in the area. Or even going to support your favourite sports team at Eden Park or a fantastic concert. The Kingsland Suite is situated down a quiet side street only minutes from the vibrant Kingsland shops.

Very handy to Mt Eden, and Dominion Road restaurants, cafes. Buses to downtown are on Dominion and Mt Eden Road. (Approximately 800 meters). Close to some wonderful walks: One Tree Hill, Three Kings Mountain, and Mt Eden reserves. A quick trip into the city and viaduct. 8 minutes to Eden Park, and Alexandra Park, and 15 minutes to Mt Smar.t or Western Springs, and ASB Show Grounds. (Will vary on game, or concert, days.) Visits: The Zoo, Motat, The Museum, or the Art Gallery downtown.

The garden studio is 5km from the city centre and 2 mins to a frequent city bus stop. Mt Eden village & Maungawhau/Mt Eden summit are an easy walk away. For sports fans and concert goers Eden Park is close by. Art-house cinema, The Capitol is a short walk away, amongst the popular Asian cheap eats on Dominion Rd. This quiet no-exit street is close to everything you need. Good for solo adventurers and couples. Kitchen facilities: sink, microwave, full fridge, toaster and kettle.

Part of our house, this private wing has 2 bedrooms, a comfortable lounge and your own modern bathroom as well a large landscaped garden to relax in. We have a kitchenette equipped with microwave, fridge, kettle etc but not a full kitchen. We are in Point Chevalier, a comfortable friendly suburb of Auckland with great public transport options and close to the beach.
