The neighborhood is very safe, middle class, quiet, clean and close to everything. Enjoy stunning views of the Wasatch Mountains from your backyard. FYI: Our family of 5 lives upstairs! Our 3 kids will be silent from 8 pm-7 am. I try my best to keep things quiet in the morning, but you may hear footsteps/ talking. Please let us know if the noise is too much!
