The one-bedroom apartment in the basement of our house can host up to 4 people and features a walkout with a hot tub and a porch swing. The apartment has a queen bed, pull out couch, kitchen, closet, bathroom, and desk. We live in rural, Appalachian Ohio on 20 acres. We have fields, woods and a pond for exploring. This two bedroom cabin is located within minutes of Burr Oak State Park in the heart of the Ohio Outback. Hunting on thousands of acres of public land. This cozy cabin is close to many attractions such as , Wolf Creek, Muskingum River, AEP Recreation lands, Ohio Valley Opry, bike trails and fishing . Take a scenic drive on route 78 also known as Rim Of The World. If you want to take a nature hike there are many trails in the area including the Buckeye Trail.

The Ohio University Convocation Center is hiking distance, as is the University and downtown Athens. FREE WIFI and FREE parking for up to 4 cars. McDonalds, and other fast food is very close by, as is a hardware store. The house is on the Athens transit route and we have Uber and Lyft. The house is a historic Sears kit house built in 1939 and recently extensively remodeled. We have a full kitchen and a washer and dryer for for your use only.

Great and quiet home in beautiful Marietta, within a 10-minute drive to the historical downtown of Marietta. Great for family vacations and visitors, we have everything ready, just enjoy your time in Marietta. In a 5-minute drive, you can get to Lookout Point, where you can have an amazing panoramic view of Marietta, Lookout Park has a basketball and tennis court, and also a playground for kids. All bedrooms are with queen-sized beds.
