Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + Netflix, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

Located in the heart of Finger Lakes region this unique house that was designed as a modern log cabin offers plenty of space inside and outside. Parks and lakes in this area will let you engage into hiking, kayaking, canoeing, boating, fishing, biking and enjoying the nature at its best in the summer, spring, and fall. The cozy Crooked Cascade Cottage is on the west side of Owasco Lake, providing guests with amazing morning sunrises while you enjoy your coffee from our deck. This 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 2 story cottage can sleep 5-6 comfortably and features access to the lake via stairs or steep pathway, has a seasonal dock, 2 paddleboards, 2 kayaks and is near local hiking and state park. Short walk to local marina. This is perfect for getaways with friends and family vacations.

The property is located on 3 acres, overlooking Owasco Lake. It is a rural area, approximately six miles south of Emerson Park in Auburn, NY. Auburn is the home and final resting place of Harriet Tubman and William Seward. Other places of interest are Aurora (McKenzie-Childs), Approximately 15 miles away; Ithaca, 35 miles south; Rochester, about 75 minutes away, and Niagara Falls, 2.5 hours away. Owners reside on the same road, close by the rental property.

Welcome to The Walnut Grove Yurt! Our original yurt at Finger Lakes Cider House. This handcrafted yurt is an all-season, round, wooden cabin nestled creek -side in our walnut grove. Every detail is custom built by our Cider House crew. This little hobbit house sits on our 70 acre property of regenerative pasture, forest, and apple orchards— shared with our grass-fed flocks and herds of turkey, chicken, pigs, sheep, and white angus.
