King Single bed in lockable room in Shared homeSingle room with king-single bed, desk, lamp, built-in wardrobe; fan, lockable bedroom. Kitchen, bathroom and lounge room is shared, lounge room has air conditioning; and we are a very independent household. Our place is clean and fresh and very homely, pool in back yard; 8 mins to Garden City by bus; 14 Kms to city. Ample Parking on the street.
Private one bedroom with a viewOur house is located next to a conservation park and the bedroom has a big window and balcony facing the park. The room is on a separate floor from the main living area. It has air-condition, a small fridge and a microwave. We have 2 cats. Please note that the house has 2 floors and will require guests to go up and down the stairs to go in and out of the house.
Spacious apartment close to the city and transportThis is my home and I share it part-time through Air BnB. It has two bedrooms, the main is mine and the other bedroom with a double bed and work/study desk is available for guests. Bathroom and toilet are both shared, as is the living room and kitchen. Wifi and Netflix included. The apartment is in a great convenient location, less than 10km to the Brisbane CBD. There is a bus and train in the street. A lovely park and great coffee shops within walking distance.
