This house is across the street from an LDS church, within walking distance to main street shopping, and a close drive to grocery stores. You will be a walk away from the city pool and library, and close to parks. Teachers and Armed Services members may qualify for discount. Big Holidays may be available upon request.

One bedroom with a queen bed, Amazing bathroom with a HUGE tub and a nice walk in shower with double shower heads. Perfect little kitchen with cook stove, sink, fridge and all the kitchen stuff you will need to cook any meal. Living room has a pull out bed, coffee table and flat screen TV. A bar top sitting area. Nice patio with an amazing view of the Kamas Valley.

The River House

Location! Location! Location! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place located on the Duchesne river, private fishing access. This house is set off the road in a country setting. It’s close to a lot of reservoirs. They are great for fishing, swimming, and boating in the summer. It is central to great hunting areas. We are 1 hr from Vernal and 45 min. from the base of the rockies and book cliffs. Whether you come to play and hunt or just a family vacation, the river house is perfect.

Rancho Sin Vacas is a slice of Hanna. 12-acre property on the N. Fork of the Duchesne River at the base of the Ashley National Forest in Hanna, UT, 78 miles east of SLC. The 1/4 mile of river frontage is registered as "Blue Ribbon" by the State. The cabin has a kitchen, dining room, living room with newer sofa sleeper, bathroom (new shower), bedroom, bedroom cantilevered over river, Huge Front deck, and fireplaces and fire pit. Ponds, canals, alpacas and a Llama, named Osama bin Lama.
