The front of the property is right on the incredible Hike and Bike Trail which you can take North a few blocks to the old Heights strip on 19th for shopping, food, and drinks. Or can go south on the trail 4 blocks to the new heights Market (MKT). This location is the most walkable address in the Heights.

No parties/events are hosted here and the only way to have the pool & spa privately, is to rent the entire compound. This is help ensure everyone can enjoy
