You have access to a fishing pond, fire pit and the future Catawba Bend Nature Preserve, walking trails/mountain bike trails nearby. This is a very quiet and cozy space in a country setting. The Cottage is located behind the main house on the right side but is completely separate from the main house. It has dedicated parking and space to relax and enjoy nature. The driveway for the cottage is shared with the main house.
