It is located on the lower floor of our house and offers an amazing view of the forest. The apartment has all amenities, including a bathroom with a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a separate entrance from the garden. The house is located in a quiet part of the village, but within walking distance, you can find restaurants, shops, a bus stop, and the Kozel brewery.

Our apartment in the castle was renovated in 2024. In addition to the bedroom and bathroom, there is also a fully equipped kitchen available just for you. The apartment is mainly suitable for couples and individuals. Accommodation is also possible with a baby or child. In addition to dogs and cats, there is also a farm with chickens, geese and ducks, as well as rabbits, sheep and a cow. Karlštejn, the Amerika quarry and Sv. Jan pod Skalou.

Chata se nachází v klidné a tiché osadě, která Vás okouzlí krásnou přírodou. Rána plná sluníčka jsou tu jedinečná, budete je milovat. Je to ideální místo pro odpočinek od civilizace a každodenního stresu, u krbu nebo v sauně nebo můžete jen tak relaxovat na terase, poslouchat zpěv ptáků a v noci pozorovat hvězdy přímo z postele. Dům je perfektně vybavený, poskytne Vám tak maximální komfort a pohodlí. Sauna za příplatek 100 Kč/h.

The apartment is located on the fourth floor (with elevator). Sinice the beginning of 2022, I it has been in Prague mandatory local stay fee of 50 CZK/day/person - it will be charged at the property

Living next to a forest

The nice simple appartment with separated entrance from a street - contents from main room, bathroom and hall. There is no kitchen, only kettle and mini fridge and some dishes for breakfast and snack. Appartment is opposite to the beautiful largest forest in the Prague. In front of the house is small zen-like garden and small zen-like garden is also on the opposite side.

The surrounding area is particularly popular among hikers and cyclists. There is a famous observatory in the village.

At the moment, it's available for mid-term rental and for one person. The place will be furnished for longer stays.
