Laa Casa - cosy house - 800m from the thermal spa

Our pretty townhouse with its small mediterranean-style courtyard is situated in a small lane in the centre of Laa a. d. Thaya. The popular thermal spa is within walking distance of about 11 min. The place offers the ideal basis for a relaxed thermal spa holiday, for trips to the idyllic wine villages of the area, like e.g. Falkenstein, to cultural or culinary festivities or for bicycle tours through the lovely landscape of the Weinviertel or for a visit of the beautiful Nationalpark Thayatal.

Pred pár rokmi sme kúpili pozemok so starým domčekom v Skalici.Domček sme postupne zbúrali a postavili sme novostavbu so zachovaním pôvodného rázu. Domček sa nachádza v historickej časti mesta.Rozhodli sme sa ho poskytnúť na ubytovanie pre všetkých,ktorí túžia spoznávať krásy Skalice a širokého okolia.Skalica Vás okúzli svojimi historickými pamiatkami ,poteší vínkom v skalických vinohradníckych búdach.Tešíme sa na každého hosťa,ktorý k nám zavíta a veríme,že bude u nás spokojný.Rod.Košíková

The chalet is located at the edge of the forest in the medieval town of Hainburg an der Donau with a view of the Donauauen National Park. The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.

Užijte si dovolenou, víkend, pracovní cestu nebo spontánní výlet právě u nás. Stylové a zároveň útulné útočiště pro celou rodinu nebo partu přátel, kteří hledají prostor a pohodlí pro poznávání Mikulova - města s vůní jihu, a kteří respektují své okolí. Vítáme u nás hosty, kteří si umí odpustit hlasitou zábavu. Na domě nejsou povoleny večírky, rozlučky se svobodou aj. V domě se pohodlně vyspí 7 dospělých nocležníků. Pro malé děti rádi připravíme navíc ještě dětskou postýlku.

Unikátní lokalita nabízí bohaté možnosti k výletům po okolí – vinařské cyklostezky, Pálava, Mikulov, Lednice či samotná Pouzdřanská step a vinohrady Kolby.

Fahrräder für die Heurigenfahrt, Boote für Fluß und See und gibt's von uns frei. Und Josephsbrot, die wirklich gute Bäckerei mit Cafe gibts im Dorf! Susanne ist Jugendcoach. Ich betreibe als Spiegelmacher Österreichs letzte traditionelle Spiegelwerkstatt. Wir freuen uns auf euch!

Originally an inn for travelers visiting the mill, the home retains original features such as wood flooring, doors and windows and showcases a collection of local 18th and 19th century furnishings. In summer, the back garden is a perfect, cool place to enjoy meals, pick fruit and lie in the sun. In winter, the living room is perfect for large gatherings.

Beautiful house in Valtice

Our beautiful country house is nicely located at the heart of the Lednice-Valtice area, an UNESCO protected region famous for its wines, its palaces and its natural environment. The house is 10 minutes walk from the main square of Valtice, where you can find cafes and restaurants, but conveniently located at the edge of the village, surrounded by wines and fields, and just at the start of the popular wine route.

Apartment in Zentrumnähe, zu Fuß sind in wenigen Minuten auch zahlreiche Wanderwege durch die Weingärten erreichbar! Es gibt auch sehr schöne Radwege (Radverleih zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen). Gegen Aufpreis steht auch eine lange Kellerröhre für Feiern zur Verfügung. Es gibt auch einen Seminarraum im Haus! Frühstücksmöglichkeit gegenüber (Eisenhuthaus oder Bäckerei Bauer). Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich Am Hauptplatz in der Gemeinde Ladendorf. Die Fenster des Zimmers gehen in den Garten. Das Haus welches aus dem 70er Jahren stammt wurde im Jahre 2020 komplett mit viel Liebe und Geschmack modernisiert und erneuert. Ladendorf liegt im Herzen des Weinviertels ca 8 Km von der Bezirkshauptstadt Mistelbach und ca. 35 km nördlich von Wien entfernt.
