SO CLOSE to SO MUCH...ice cream, coffee, food, cocktails, murals, markets, music, etc. You’ll love my place because its location is in heart of the Mission. The in-law unit is cozy, comfortable, and stylish. The garden is lovely! It's great for couples, mini-sized families, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is a very walkable neighborhood. Charming Noe Valley Suite with Views & Deck

Sunny suite that opens to a spacious deck with Noe Valley views. The renovated suite has a clean flow with a separate entrance. While our standard guest limit is 2 guests, we’re happy to welcome families of 4, with up to 2 adults and 2 children, 12 and under. We live directly above the suite. This historic building has thin walls so while charming there will be noise above however 8pm-8am is very quiet. Lastly, no unregistered visitors or guests, no parties, no pets, no smoking or vaping.

Our frequently cleaned and sanitized unit is modern, cozy with enough space for 2-3 people. You'll get access to high quality furniture, top of the line Miele Coffee machine and an entire body shower (it’s a dream). You'll be located in the heart of the Castro, walking distance from some of the best views in SF. The Muni is only a 6 minute walk and restaurants right around the corner. You'll find the location and space very rewarding and we can not wait for you to experience it all :)

Live Like a Local in Sunny Bernal Heights

Located close to the Mission and Potrero Hill, our 2 bedroom (approx 1000 sq.ft.) rental is near great restaurants, unique shopping, and the newly opened Chase Center. This 2 bedroom unit is well-stocked with everything you'll need to have a relaxing and fun-filled stay in San Francisco. There's easy access getting into and out of our neighborhood and our street has ample parking. We love to host and are excited to meet new people eager to explore all that the Bay Area has to offer!

Newly renovated apartment built in a 130-year-old Marina-style house with a separate entrance from the main house. Two bedrooms, one bath, a fully equipped kitchen, washer, and dryer, and a large smart TV. The apartment has a perfect placement on a quiet street, but close enough to all the great restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife of the Mission (98 walk score). I live upstairs in the same home and am available during your stay, while guests have full privacy in their own space.

Originally conceived as an atelier by a previous owner/SF Ballet designer with a private entrance and patio, offers a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of SF. Easy access to Muni, tech shuttles, BART, Whole Foods, along with many restaurants, bars, cafes and bakeries!

Luxury garden suite with separate entrance in the Inner Mission. The garden suite includes: large bedroom with queen-sized bed, private spa-like bathroom (dual rain shower heads, double vanity, lighted makeup mirror, Toto bidet toilet); private den with Xfinity, Apple TV, hi-speed Wi-Fi, mini-fridge; open space with large table for working or dining. Lots of room to spread out & relax. You will be sharing the garden with me and other folks so please respect it as a quiet space.

Audrey & Nick's Place

Audrey and Nick’s place is a comfortable, spacious studio with a private entrance, and all the comforts of home. It is located in the renovated basement of a 19th century farmhouse and is fully apportioned with a queen size bed, a large bathroom with a deep tub and access to both front and back yards. It has all the basics, and then some. It is a perfect base of operations for days and nights on the town or around the Bay and a great place to stay in and get things done.

Cozy garden studio conveniently situated in a safe San Francisco neighborhood between the Bernal Heights, Mission & Noe Valley districts. Highly walkable area with restaurants and shops nearby.
