Welcome to The Howland Hideout | Cozy Private Maine Retreat for Couples, Solos & Small Families. Filled with the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay and boasting handcrafted touches throughout, you won’t find many places quite like this! Could be a great fit for traveling nurses as there are multiple hospitals nearby. This family friendly location has a large parking area with plenty of room for vehicles/trailers and the patio/backyard are a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

Perfect Lakeside Getaway!

The perfect lakeside getaway spot with beautiful views. It is renovated with an old time cozy camp feel, with modern conveniences. This pet friendly camp is across the street from Schoodic Lake. The cozy camp sleeps 5-6 comfortably with on-site parking for three. The camp is located on ITS 111 trails for snowmobiling and ATVing. Hunting, fishing and hiking destinations include, Baxter State Park, Gulf Hagas, and Katadin Iron Works. Water access at Knights Landing just a short distance away.

Spacious Sebec 2 Bedroom - Nightly rental

Located at Sebec Four Corners in Sebec between Dover-Foxcroft, Milo and Atkinson. A great rental for attending events in the area or visiting family and needing extra sleeping arrangements. The property is located on the lower level of the Sebec Corner Grange Shop. Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. This chalet is right on the ITS trail, nestled in the middle of a small lightly wooded lot in a rural setting. Enjoy the fire pit, bring your snowmobiles, bikes and trailers. The space is cozy with a 55" TV and small kitchen to prepare your meals. The bedroom is in the loft with catwalk opening up to a balcony. Enjoy access to year round outdoor activities as you are nearby Katahdin Iron Works/Jo Mary region and near Sebec and Schoodic lakes

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). 3 night minimum. Cottage is located at 32 Lake Avenue, Brownville, Maine 04414. Turn right at A.E. Roberson's convenience store in Brownville, Maine onto Church Street. Follow Church Street for 4.7 miles and turn right onto Schoodic Lake Road. Follow Schoodic Lake Road for Approx. 4 miles. Bear right after crossing the railroad tracks and 32 Lake Ave. will be on your left at our mail box.

Get back to the best things about life! Relax in our quiet cove. Our quaint home is tucked away in a wooded corner on Lake Sebec. We invite you to explore the lake and land. Go for walks, swim, kayak, boat, hike, or hang back and read, play games, make a meal with friends, or work, if you must. Warm up by the indoor fireplace after a nearby hike on a brisket autumn eve or roast marshmallows on the outdoor fire pit. Sit down by the lake and take in the life that surrounds you.

Trailside cabin with lots of opportunity! Hiking, Hunting, Fishing, Swimming, and ATV/Snowmobile trail runs right through property. Moosehead Lake, Greenville, The Forks, Bingham, The Windmills all close by. The Appalachian Trail borders the property. Hike Borestone Mtn, Barren Mtn, Big Squaw, or the AT. Town beach is also close by for swimming in Lake Hebron. Park your truck and ride your ATV/Snowmobile to several restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, lakes, and mountains.

Maine Lodge & Cabin getaway

Muk-Bog Lodge is settled on 30 acres of Maine woods and surrounded by more than 100 acres of preserved Maine woodlands. Located on a private drive several hundred yards from the main roadway, this Lodge offers you privacy while still being within 10 minutes of downtown Milo. The Lodge also offers a 30x40 garage for storage or parking while renting. There is also a 12x14 mudroom at the entrance for more storage and a open 12x12 back deck overlooking the firepit and back lawn area.

The Black Bear Lodge

Just a little place in the middle of nowhere. Amenities include: hot water on demand, brand new heating system, full bath both upstairs and downstairs. I'm open to hunting on the property. I have trail access that leads to the ITS trails Schoodic Lake - 8 miles Dover Foxcroft - 18 miles Millinocket - 30 miles Ebeemee Lake - 13 miles Katahdin Iron State Historic Site- 19 miles Acadia National Park - 90 miles Bar Harbor - 94 miles Early Check-in & Check-out - Additional Fee

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Take a hike down one of the trails out back, or swim in the cool clear water of the spring fed pond off the back porch. Cozy up during a storm by the fire with a good book, or wet a line on a clear morning off the back steps and catch supper! It’s all in one comfy cabin property to get away from it all. Only a few miles to Dover-Foxcroft, or Sebec Lake. Far enough away to get away, but close enough to the amenities and sights.
