The place is in a peaceful garden area of Tallinn's Pirita region, about 20 minutes by bus or car from the city center and Old Town. A bus stop is a 10-minute walk away. Pirita is known for its beach, forests, river, and yacht harbor all within 3-4 km. Nearby are the TV Tower with restaurant and a botanical garden, each a 10-minute walk. The house includes a garden, sauna, terrace with a hot tub, and parking for 4 cars. During stay guest will live alone in the house.

Avastamist ootavad arvukad matkarajad ning rannarajad ja vaatamisväärsused (nt Suurupi alumine puidust tuletorn, Peeter Suure Merekindluse rannakaitse patarei nr 3).
