Newly renovated rear unit of house. Separate entrance, bedroom, living room/2d bedroom, secluded yard. Spacious, high-ceilings, sparkling clean. Upscale bathroom, 55”-Smart-TV, hi-speed WiFi, new bed, new full-size futon. Located 100 yards from 75-acre Kirk and Michael Douglas Preserve, 1-mile of beach. Very safe, quiet "Mesa" neighborhood, two shopping centers. Downtown is 2.5 miles. Backyard now features sunny sitting area. Concrete floors now restaurant-style polished.

This light and airy studio is perfect for a single or couple. The studio offers a private entrance, off street parking and a Queen Bed , bath, full kitchen and laundry in unit. The Mesa Neighborhood is an amazing location with access to beaches, restaurants, Shoreline Park and the Douglas Preserve within walking distance, is a great place to get away to nature. It is a beautiful 30-minute walk or 5 minute drive to the marina and Stearns' Wharf, 5 minute drive to downtown.

Please note that there is a $85 pet fee for your pets stay. Many great restaurants, and a natural grocery store (Lazy Acres) .
