Stay above the clouds in our hilltop off-grid cabin! Drive just over an hour from Melbourne, and you’ll find our tiny house nestled on our 100 acre property with mountain views. Perched atop a steep hill, you’ll catch every magical sunrise and enjoy the changing light in the evening as the shadows fall over the land. Our tiny home offers a slower pace of life, is solar powered and has everything you need for an unforgettable stay – including a outdoor bath so you can bathe under the stars!

Cosy 1 bedroom farm stay guesthouse

Relax in this cosy guest house with spacious surrounds. The guest house is close to the main house but with private outlook and places to explore along the seasonal creek and open paddocks . Close to Euroa There is a kitchenette with small bar fridge and microwave. PLEASE DO NOT USE PORTABLE COOKING DEVICES IN THE GUEST HOUSE for safety reasons. BBQ facilities and campfire pit are available in front of the guest house however fire pit not available from November due to fire restrictions

"The Muddy" - luxury mudbrick barn conversion

''The Muddy" is an adult only luxury barn conversion on the outskirts of the beautiful township of Alexandra, at the gateway to Victoria's high country and Lake Eildon. Sitting on 4 acres with a spectacular rural outlook, the Muddy is fully self contained within beautifully landscaped private gardens, all just a 2 minute drive to Alexandra. With a wood fire heater and air conditioning, this is the ideal couples get away in both summer and winter, all less than 2 hours away from Melbourne.

Villa Jones

Villa Jones, perched on one of Eildon‘s prime locations, offers a mid century modern retreat with sprawling grounds. Designed in the 60s by Architect James Earle , this single level residence ensures privacy amidst lush Gardens and panoramic views. Equipped with modern amenities , Fully equipped kitchen, heating/cooling , Wi-Fi and Swimming pool , promises a relaxing holiday experience. Eildon Village /splash park a stone‘s throw away, granting easy access to all the area has to offer.

Belkampar Retreat

“Ahh, the serenity” is exactly what you’ll be sighing as you sit back and enjoy gorgeous mountain views at this stunningly beautiful Bonnie Doon farm-style retreat. Positioned at the top of a hill, you can gaze over kilometers of the Victorian High Country rolling hills and eye the popular waters of Lake Eildon which are only a stone's throw away. Located a short 40 minutes from the famous ski fields of Mt Buller it is the perfect place to come home to after a great day on the slopes.

"Villacostalotta" bringing 1885 to the present.

Located in the township of Longwood, a 5 minute walk to the White Hart Hotel. Constructed in 2021 using some materials recovered from the original 1885 house it has a large open plan living area, balcony and alfresco, backyard and front yard space (sorry no pets). Close to towns of Nagambie, Avenel and Euroa. Opposite rail line and close to local businesses the Rockery and Longwood Community Centre, local wineries Mitchellton, Tabilk, RPL, Fowle’s, Hide and Seek and Maygars.

This cosy & charming cottage has a separate living area with sofa, TV, table and four chairs. a wood fire, self contained kitchen with 4 burner stove top, sink, full fridge and microwave. It has a large bathroom & the bedroom has a queen bed, a single bed, a trundle bed or a cot. With lovely leadlight windows featuring Blue Wrens and stunning views from the windows over the farm and the hills. Small enclosed yard for pets. We provide all bedding and towels.

Peaceful 3-bedroom cottage on 40 acres

Sitting on 40 acres sits a beautiful 3-bedroom purpose-built, self contained cottage with the Nine Mile Creek running through. Gorgeous views through the Creightons Creek valley can be seen all around the house. Double doors open from the large master bedroom onto your very own deck with a table for 2 to sit back and relax. The fabulous new kitchen means you can cook, but if thats not in your holiday plan there are great cafes and restaurants nearby.

Swim in the Farmhouse pool in summer, explore Lake Eildon, the Great Victorian Rail Trail, or head to Mount Buller for winter skiing. Mansfield, just a short drive away, offers great dining and shopping. Your hosts, Keren and Jon, reside in the adjacent farmhouse and are happy to share local tips

Relax on the deck and watch the trains go by, or wander down the road for a cocktail or woodfired pizza. Avenel is a great launching pad for all that the Strathbogie region has to offer - art, history, wine and some fabulous restaurants.
