Situated 10 km from Berry & 8 km from Kangaroo Valley, our location is perfect to explore these villages, South Coast Beaches (Jervis Bay a 1 hr drive) & the Shoalhaven region. Perfect for two (if there are kids or a 3rd adult a king single sofabed in the living area offers extra sleeping) - everyone loves interacting with our farm animals! 2 hr drive from Sydney 2.5 from Canberra.

The Stables @ Kookaburra House

‘The Stables @ Kookaburra House', is a unique and beautifully appointed barn style cottage located in a private setting amongst the tranquil country side of Kangaroo Valley. 5 km from Kangaroo Valley village and 1 km from the golf club. The Stables includes a large open fireplace, well appointed open plan country kitchen, spacious dining and lounge areas, outdoor fire pit, spacious grounds and breathtaking views of the valley from the outdoor furnished deck. Relax in our private beautiful Japanese Studio , open plan bedroom and living room with seperate small bathroom. NOT suitable for children or pets. Close to shops and train station. 5-10 min to serene bush walks, Shoalhaven River, Nowra , Cambewarra. 20 mins to sandy, white beaches at Jervis Bay, to Berry, Gerringong and Shoalhaven Heads, wineries and eateries. The Captain’s Cabin

Nestled in our citrus and nut orchard is the 'Captain's Cabin'. A hideaway in your own private section of the garden, with an amazing outdoor bath, ample cooking facilities inside and out, and fire pit, not to mention a comfortable queen bed with natural linen and towels, it's your base for the perfect Kangaroo Valley escape. A 6 minute walk from the village centre and 50m from the cycle and walking path, it's the perfect location too. Coffee machine, record player and provisions included.

Our self contained Studio is the pearl of our property, with a comfortable double bed, sitting area, your own bathroom, and kitchenette. On your terrace you will find a BBQ for your own convenience. WIFI and parking is included in your stay. The stunning mountain views, birds and trees make your stay unforgettable. We live in a quiet neighbourhood nestled at the foothills of Cambewarra Mountain and ideally located between the picturesque villages of Berry & Kangaroo Valley.

'Kameruka' Rainforest loft, stunning views

Kameruka, perfectly positioned on private property to take in rainforest and views to the south following the coastline past Jervis Bay. Purpose built in 2019 our generously proportioned loft studio with quality fixtures and fittings has been styled with couples in mind. Kameruka is located 10 minutes from Queen Street Berry, a 20 minute drive to Seven Mile Beach and just a 15 minute stunning country drive in the other direction to the town of Kangaroo Valley.

The Little House

The Little House is a freestanding 1940’s wooden tiny house in our back garden. It has a private exterior bathroom located at the back of the main house. Our property was featured on the ABC program Escape From The City and is a uniquely cute piece of North Nowra history. The Little House has a private verandah and kitchenette. A complimentary light breakfast is included for short stays. There is also a fire pit.

Our self-contained apartment oozes contemporary country charm with all the comforts of home. Settle back on the Adirondack chairs on the rear porch and watch the rainbow lorikeets feed in the dogwood tree shading the private courtyard. Snuggle up for a cosy night in watching the latest movies on Netflix or wander just minutes into town to enjoy the many outstanding cafes, restaurants and shops Berry has to offer.
