Our house is located in the foot of the mountains in front of Kavos beach, just in the perfect spot where you can have the most stunning view of the Aegean Gulf and the town of Karistos, but hearing only the birds and the waves of the sea. In a clear day you may even see the closest of the Cyclades islands. The house is situated in a property filled with flowers and trees, where you can always find shade in a different magical place every time. It is in a very peaceful and secluded area of Kavos

The Stone House mountain retreat: open all year.

Take a step back in time and stay in this unique, beautiful old stone house, set on a steep mountain slope, surrounded by woods and terraces, ideal for walkers and nature lover's. A glorious sandy beach with two shipwrecks is a twenty five min. drive away. In the winter the Stone House has a wood burning fire making it an accommodation which is suitable for holidays in all seasons, especially walking holidays, each season having it's own special charm. Four marked walks start from Arni itself.

Villa Thimari is located on the north-west side of Andros, the northernmost of the Cycladic islands, not far from Athens on the mainland. This recently-restored old stone farmhouse stands on the hillside where the village of Agios Petros nestles, only 6 km from the nearest beaches of Agios Petros. There are spectacular views of the port of Gavrio 5 km below and across the sea to the coastline of Attica, which you can enjoy from the magnificent terrace above the beautiful garden of the villa.

Built from the stone of the hillside it stands on, Petrino feels like it grew here rather than was constructed. Just 5 kilometers from Karystos, it sits high enough to take in the Aegean, and the islands beyond — with Ochi mountain rising behind you. Inside, rough stone walls meet polished concrete floors and a vintage red clawfoot tub that somehow belongs exactly where it is. Step out onto the deck and watch the sky turn amber over the mountains, the lights of Karystos shimmering below.

'Kalliberry' is a remote complex with 3 old stone houses, located in Andros island. Dimosthenis, Catherine and Thanos started the Kalliberry project on 2014. Your hosts are 3 friends, 3 travelers of the world, who decided to leave Athens and start a new life in this beautiful Cycladic island. We fully renovated an old house, the Cave, by keeping all those elements that highlight its traditional character and its 'bond' with mother earth, in combination with a touch of vintage decoration.

Each studio features a double bed, a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, TV, a veranda that looks over and embraces the sea with the marvelous beach
