The Dearborn Loft House was built in 1978 as one of the first passive houses in the Northwest. Fully remodeled in 2022 as an experiment in regenerative design, the 3BR/2BA Loft House has new fixtures and appliances, heat pump heating/cooling, natural materials, and climate-adaptive landscape. The Loft House has appeared in Vanity Fair and features 14" raw cedar beams, metalwork by Seattle sculptor George Tsutukawa, poured concrete, and a flood of natural light. Welcome.
