It has a south-facing walled garden, off-street parking, and is close to an award-winning village pub plus numerous local attractions and beautiful countryside. Please refer to our Policies Below. A cyclists dream, with a 5 minute ride to the Castleman trailway, you'll be well on your way to ride the old railway track to Moors Valley, Upton country park and more. You are approx a 25 minute drive to Bournemouth beach, approx 30 minutes to Sandbanks beach, well worth a visit to see millionaires row. The new forest is 15 minutes away. Paultons park if you have little ones, is approx 40 minutes away and is a real favourite with the children. Woodpecker Cottage is a centrally located cottage.
