The Sinclair Suite

This 1 bedroom/1 bath private home was originally a historic Sinclair gas station. Renovated in 2023, we’ve kept as much of the original building’s elements as possible while restoring it to create both a unique and relaxing experience. The bay area has been converted into a living/sleeping space that includes a TV & seating area as well as two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The former office space now features a full kitchen. A back patio, firepit, washer & dryer are all located on site.

The Lodge

It has been up dated and remodeled to accommodate today's traveler and site seers. It has a full kitchen with a large commercial griddle, seasoned to perfection. The Green Door Cottage

Welcome to the Green Door Cottage where you will enjoy a quaint cottage feel in the heart of Childress, Texas. The history behind this cottage will bring you back to the 1940's when it was used as part of the attached Fairview Floral Wholesale Co. The separate drive and front entrance, leading all the way to the backyard, mimics a shotgun style house. Its charm and unique history will make your stay one to remember.

Legacy Lodge

Leave your troubles at the gate when you enter this property. My desire is that whatever brings you here you find comfort and peace. If you are coming in from the city and just need to hear silence for a day or two, working in town but want your own space, bringing a family together for vacation/holidays or a couple that just needs a weekend away to reconnect. *It does have a 4 mile stretch of dirt road.

Perfect location for visiting Caprock Canyons State Park, spending the weekend at Bob Will's Days, or your annual hunting trip. Plenty of room with 2 queen beds, 1 full, and 1 twin. It has a fully stocked kitchen as well as a propane grill. There is plenty of parking area for trucks/trailers.

Beautiful views of Caprock canyon, cotton fields, wildlife and more. Property has a 1 acre pond 300 feet from the house which makes for a great relaxing stay. The property has a barn and pens and all the facilities needed when traveling with livestock. Please note base price includes up to 4 guests. Additional $75 per person per night.
