The one-bedroom apartment in the basement of our house can host up to 4 people and features a walkout with a hot tub and a porch swing. The apartment has a queen bed, pull out couch, kitchen, closet, bathroom, and desk. We live in rural, Appalachian Ohio on 20 acres. We have fields, woods and a pond for exploring. The Cut In The Hill Chalets is a relatively unknown gem in the Ross, Hocking, Jackson and Vinton County region. The majestic, mature forest make it a perfect week long or weekend getaway! Our chalet are surrounded by hundreds of acres of tall hardwood trees, hills and valleys. Very secluded!! Wellston & Jackson Ohio are the closest towns. There are a lot of small local craft, art shops and Amish communities in the area as well as great places to eat! Most are locally owed & operated.

The Cozy Cabin

This is a beautiful rustic hunting theme cabin! The cabin was newly built in the summer of 2016! The cabin sets on 20 private acres for an additional fee that is available to be hunted and is located minutes away from 11,000 acres of public hunting and fishing(Crown City Wildlife Area)! Whatever your trip we will help make your stay memorable! Absolutely NO PETS ALLOWED! NO ACCEPTIONS! If a pet is brought to the residence I will charge extra fees and ask you to remove the pet.

Memory Lane Cabins was created after losing our boys as a mission to encourage families to slow down. Our property overlooks Jackson Lake State Park which offers beach access, shelters, boat docks and a peaceful atmosphere. Local trails and eateries nearby and we are 37 miles from Hocking Hills. Cabin is secluded on a small hill, view of lake through trees pending the season, Docks in walking distance, fishing, boating, hiking, or sitting by the campfire.

The house is a historic Sears kit house built in 1939 and recently extensively remodeled. We have a full kitchen and a washer and dryer for for your use only.
