Cruising up the long driveway, you'll be welcomed by our mustang, and adorable donkeys. We welcome guests of all backgrounds and love making new friends. The oversized covered front porch provides a weather protected outside living room area, ideal for gathering with friends and to enjoy the ducks and chickens that amble the expansive country yard.

Ocean's Edge - Tropical Oasis

Charming in every way, this ocean view property invites you to spend mornings on the patio, days exploring the plethora of natural amenities that our area offers, and your evenings on our western-facing deck watching the sunset with a wine glass in hand. Extra clean, with an abundance of natural light, and a fully-equipped kitchen with everything that you would need for a short or a long-term stay. This unit in our duplex also contains a bonus room with a queen pullout bed that sleeps two.

Shore Acres Ocean View Cabin and Retreat Space

Step back in time and experience the best that Humboldt has to offer at the exceptionally preserved Shore Acres cottage. Set on a serene and completely private parcel, this unique property offers unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean and access to the Mad River frontage beach, as well as a private duck-stocked pond and local creek. From the deck of this one bedroom architecturally modern space, beautiful bayfront sunsets can be enjoyed. Arcata is a very pedestrian friendly, small town. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place.

This two-bedroom one bath home in Sunny Blue Lake, has high ceilings, luxury vinyl plank flooring that looks like wood. The bedrooms have new comfortable queen-size beds and the spacious bathroom features double sinks. The living room area accommodates four people, providing a comfortable space to relax and unwind. The house also boasts a hot tub on the back patio and the large front porch is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

Paradise Falls Guest Suite

Relax and rejuvenate in our cozy guest suite. The room boasts a large living area, comfortable furnishings and a calming atmosphere. With all the luxuries and privacy of a hotel suite, we also boast beautiful gardens and a waterfall cascading down into a koi pond to enjoy. The suite has a private entrance and is situated at the end of the a quiet street in a upscale, safe neighborhood. We are 5 minutes to shopping and dinning and another five to the fabulous Moonstone Beach.

Excellent location with views of the redwood forest. Our bungalow is fully equipped. Come home with your farmer's market bounty and make use of the well-stocked kitchen or balcony grill. Get cozy in the living room at the push of a button with the gas fireplace and Smart TV. Sleep soundly on either the king or queen-sized bed. If you have extra people I can provide an air mattress. Walk from your door to Cal Poly Humboldt, the Arcata Plaza, and Shay Park. A wonderful home base.
