Influenced by Japanese and Nordic design, this cosy 2 bed 1 bath cabin is your luxury getaway, it’s time to explore and unwind. Cosy up in front of the fire or entertain on the outdoor deck with bbq & garden fire pit, which will be enough to make you not want to leave. But if you do, you are only a stones throw away from some of the best eateries & boutiques the Southern part of the Mornington Peninsula has to offer.

The guesthouse is separate from the main home and located at the rear of the property. As you enter the ivy-covered Balinese gates, be prepared to be transported into another world! Also be prepared to walk the steps to the top. (70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. We have created a little tribute to our favorite places - Indonesia, Morocco, Spain and Mexico. 2 Bedroom Farm Cottage between the Ocean and Bay beaches at Boneo provides extra space to truly relax. You're only 7kms from Rosebud and 5 mins from the Hot Springs. The changing seasons bring new things to discover, in spring you'll see baby lambs, in Summer pick delicious Mulberries, Autumn has the apple trees bursting with fruit and then there's free range eggs from the chooks all year round. Don't forget Zeus the wonder dog. Every 3rd Saturday check out the local Boneo market.

Scenic View Hideaway is nestled in a quiet, green leafy pocket of old Mount Martha. It is a lovely private, cosy apartment that occupies the lower level of our family home. We are located opposite a bushy reserve, about 3.5km to Mount Martha beach and local shops. With a beautiful bright outlook onto the garden and pool, it provides a restful stay. It's in an ideal location, close to nearby to beaches, wineries and great eateries that the Mornington Peninsula is famous for.
