This modern 2 bedroom, 1 bath home is a block away from the tugfest parade route. A barnyard turned farmhouse in the 1940’s, this home completely remodeled with the modern farm charm it has today. In town for a day or several, enjoy outdoor amenities, a lighted deck, outdoor couch, and table. Inside, a modern LED fireplace mixed with rustic beauty.

LeClaire is a river & train town. 🚂🌊 *This is a wooded property, There will be sticks, leaves and bugs. 🌿🐞 *There are MANY steps inside and outside, as it's built into a hill.

The lower-living space is 1000+ sq ft in the lower level of our ranch house. It is very quiet and private. The front door is shared and is just 2 steps to the AirbNb entrance. We are 5 min off I-280 / I-74 near Augustana College, John Deere, Rock Island Arsenal, etc. Cozy apartment with kitchen w/dining, large private bathroom, family room w/dining area, couch/hide-a-bed and futon, large bedroom and a 2nd bedroom/workout room. Free parking in our driveway and high speed internet.

Prepare to walk back in time in this historical 1860 Queen Anne Victorian. Centrally located to restraunts, shops, wineries, a brewery & a dilstillary. River view w/private parking & fire pit. This cabin is situated next to pool 13, and there is plenty of space for multiple vehicles and boats to park. Only half a mile away from the loading dock and close by to an Illinois State Park, our cabin allows Guests to enjoy nature in a relaxed setting.
