KT’s Cottage Tiny Home near the Suwannee River

KT’s Cottage is located just minutes outside the city limits of Historical Downtown Live Oak and the beautiful Suwannee River. If you are passing through for business or to enjoy the area, I hope you will find our cottage’s accommodations are more than satisfactory. There is a queen bed downstairs as well as a queen in the loft, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. Coffee, tea & bottled water are included. Enjoy grilling while relaxing in the swing or sitting by a campfire

Florida Country Cabin Getaway

Nestled in the heart of rural North Florida, this picturesque log cabin on 3 acres offers a tranquil retreat enveloped by majestic oaks and towering pines. The front porch overlooks the Suwannee river and faces west for perfect sunsets while listening to the sounds of nature. This two bedroom one bath cottage has 4 acres of fully fenced land that is yours exclusively. Stroll the grounds and look for deer, rabbit or in the evening lighting bugs. Take a trip to the many springs that the area has to offer for swimming or world class cave diving.

Papa Joe’s Lake House

Quiet little piece of heaven on earth. Enjoy the lake, sit by a fire, enjoy the nature God has provided in our sanctuary on Pickett Lake. Boat ramp is 100 yards down the road. 4 kayaks, canoe, and paddleboard are provided, all of which can be launched from the house. Fish from the dock or explore the lake. Use the grill or take a short drive to Branford or Mayo and enjoy some of the restaurants. Come boat, fish, or swim in the lake or just enjoy the lake view. Outdoor fire pit includes wood.

Bring your fishing poles. Bring your boat! There is a private boat landing on the property 450 yards from the cabin.

River Retreat

In the heart of Florida's cave diving region. Located right on the Suwannee River. Near by attractions; Royal Spring with Boat Ramp; 4 miles; Little River Spring; 8 miles;Troy Spring; 17 miles; Blue Hole Spring; 20 miles; Ichetucknee Spring; 22 miles; . As of now, the dock and stairs going down to the river are under re-construction. But can still get down to the river. I have 3 large dogs, let me know when you might arrive. So I can have them inside.
