The house is 1.8 miles off I-195, 0.4 miles from Beverly Yacht Club and 1 mile from Silvershell beach. There are many grocery stores within 10 miles, the Marion General Store is in walking distance (0.25 miles), where you can get provisions for a delicious steak dinner as well as snacks and pantry staples.
