Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

Umgeben von mehreren sehr grossen Seen ( 1 bis 3 km lang) in der Nähe, teilweise zu Fuss aber immer mit Fahrrad oder Pkw erreichbar. Der Gutspark beginnt vor unserer Tür und erstreckt sich über mehrere Hektar mit romantischen Aleen und grossen Grünflächen, ideal für ein Picknick. Ihr bewegt euch auf den Spuren von Theodor Fontane.

With two balconies, high ceilings and original wooden flooring, modern kitchen, tasteful decor and all the modern conveniences you could need, it's a perfect little oasis and contrast to the buzz of ample restaurants, cafes and markets it's surrounded by. Alexanderplatz and Hauptbahnhof are a short tram ride away. Kollwitzkiez, Mauerpark (and markets) are within walking distance.

My mini-loft is near these sights: Gendarmenmarkt with the Berlin Concert House, the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag, Tiergarten, Unter den Linden, Museum Island, Schloßplatz, the TV tower, etc. - in the middle of Berlin. And this, among other things, is the special: sophisticated furnishing, dreamy view (including fantastic sunsets), short distance to the highlights or the office, high standard of security - simply everything to make you feel well.

Cosy Family room sleeps up to 3 people

Free wifi & free parking on our property. You find coffee, tea, bread, jam and other things for breakfast. There's also a Lonely Planet for some inspiration. The place isn't too far off from the city center. Takes ~30 mins with public transport (S-Bahn) line S5 direction Hoppegarten/Strausberg Nord. There's a bus stop just outside our door. If you want/ have to walk from the train station it's about 20 mins, please be aware of that.

Experience nature up close, in the approx. 2000 square meter garden, or in the area around the Parsteinsee and at the river Oder or in the ´Unteres Odertal´ National Park.
