This unique modern barn crafted by hand in the quiet and beautiful South Hills of Eugene. It has easy access to hiking and running trails, highly rated restaurants, cafes and natural food stores. This convenient yet secluded Owl Road Barn is set back on our spring fed unique 4 acre property that is boardering on the 385 acre Spencer butte park, offering solitude. It is only 4 miles to Hayward Field and Autsum stadium. Bring your binoculars you will find abundant bird and wild life to watch.

New Studio 1,100 sq. ft. Guest House with views

We are located in the South Hills of Eugene. Close to U of O with easy driving access to amenities. The garage guest house sits on 3 wooded acres w/ south views to Creswell and winter views of the Three Sisters to the east. Built in 2020, the studio features a large walk-in shower, full kitchen, and laundry amenities. Sleeps 6 (King, double sleeper sofa, and two twins) Parking for multiple cars if needed. Unwind in a peaceful, natural Oregon setting, we look forward to hosting you.

The Shed in Hayden Bridge

"THE SHED", a private, attached STUDIO with barn-like accents. There's a Kureg coffee machine, MINIMAL kitchenette equipped with dishes, sink, microwave and small fridge (NO cooktop or stove), LARGE KING BED with individual cotton duvet covers lofted over a cool, memory foam mattress. Great high speed WIFI, a 42-inch flat screen TV with LOCAL channels ONLY or you may access your Apple TV account. The back deck overlooks our beautifully landscaped backyard and quaint chicken coup.

Guest Cottage

We live on a 10 acre Hazelnut farm that is 10 minutes from the Eugene airport, 15 minutes from the U of O campus, and 45 minutes from OSU's campus. Hazelnuts are the crop of choice as you will notice while driving down Lone Pine Dr. You will wake up to the sound of birds singing as well as the views of the orchards out the cottage windows. Before exploring please let us help guide that. Certain times of the year the garden is available for a snack as well as the fruit trees.

Welcome to Studio 1889. Free parking on site with self check-in. This brand new, adorable, guest house has vinyl plank flooring throughout, large walk-in shower, spacious kitchen has custom cabinets with lots of storage and basic amenities provided. Two person table for dining or remote work. A queen size bed provides maximum comfort as you stream your favorite show on the big screen tv with the free WiFi. Enjoy a glass of wine or relax in the hot tub on your own private patio!

his forested gem, perched on a lush, quiet hillside flag-lot in the hills of South Eugene, sits 1mi from choice grocery stores, restaurants, & coffee shops of Woodfield Station and Amazon Parkway. Our home is a walker, runner & cyclist's dream, located a mile from 4 popular parks & is a great launch point for hilly hikes and cycling routes of the Southwest hills. U of O & Hayward Field is 2.8 mi away, Autzen Stadium, 3.6 mi, and McKenzie Riverbend hospital, 6.6 mi.

Elegant Master Suite with king size bed, its own private entrance, bath and kitchenette. You must be comfortable going up 3 stairs to enter the suit from the patio. This is the only entrance. Located across from Pine Ridge Golf Course in a quiet & friendly neighborhood, guests will enjoy a country setting with Mountain View’s, yet only approximately 20 minutes by car to downtown Eugene, the University of Oregon, Hayward Field, Matt Knight Arena or Autzen Stadium.

Located in the serene Mohawk Valley, Two Rivers Farm offers a restorative retreat just outside the city. This working farm is situated on 120 acres nestled in the confluence of the Mckenzie River and the Mohawk River. The home, with its surrounding beauty, extensive walking trails, river access, and quick access to town, serves as an excellent place to gather, celebrate, and play. This is the perfect place to host a family and even a work retreat!

Beryl’s Bungalow ‘A Pet Friendly’ Beauty

Beryl’s Bungalow is a private Studio apartment adjacent to our shop across from our house. As guests you will enjoy Privacy, plenty of parking, beautiful views of mountains & creek. The bungalow is pet friendly:) We are 20-30 minutes from everything Springfield/Eugene. I am a University of Oregon Alum and former Duck Athlete. We Follow our Ducks faithfully and enjoy meeting fans of our opponents:)
