Head down to the private pond to try your luck at fishing (no license required) or paddle boarding. If you need to warm up, use the sauna or the outdoor hot tub year round. There is 1.5 bathrooms with all the linens included. The Kitchen has all new appliances, along with all the basic cooking needs. Relax on the upper or lower wrap around porch. Pontoon rentals available.
