Welcome to our barn conversion which we hope will provide you with the perfect escape, a base for your countryside adventures or a bed after exploring nearby towns and cities. Located on a working dairy farm the barn was converted in 2019 into 2 separate apartments each accommodating max 4 people. At the moment only the ground floor apartment is available to guests. Perfectly located with easy access from the M1 motorway, an hours drive from Dublin and Belfast and only 8 min by car to Dundalk.

Situated within walking distance of Lough Ramor, and ideal for exploring ‘Ireland’s Ancient East there is something for everyone in the surrounding area.

Relax and unwind in the countryside at the fully renovated Bobbie’s barn set in the middle of the 200 acre Copney Farm Estate with magnificent views all round. Including stargazing, as the minimal light pollution offers stunning views of the stars above. Bobbie’s barn also includes a private patio area with a hot tub for guests to enjoy. The Herd House Cottage

Our cosy 150 year old stone cottage in the heart of Roscommon is the perfect base for exploring the countryside, or just retreating into the tranquility in the stunning natural surroundings of our farm. Due to Covid-19 it is a minimum stay of 2nights, with one night blocked before and after each reservation to ensure everyones safety. There is a wide range of fun activities to explore and see in the nearby areas for all to enjoy.

With a hot tub, sauna and 25m natural swimming pool on site you'll be able to relax and unwind in the peaceful bliss of the Glenaniff valley. Lough Melvin is just a stone's throw away where you can hire a boat and row out onto the lake, fish or hike the hills. With very little traffic the cycling routes are well signposted and offer amazing scenery.
