Each room is decorated to represent the most interesting aspects of our state: the purple lilac bathroom, the maple bedroom, the white birch living room and a large second bedroom/playroom we call "the state room" - a fun, educational room of all things New Hampshire.

Enjoy the Old Farm cottage, a studio apartment on our small homestead in the beautiful Lakes Region. It’s a perfect spot for couples, small families, or traveling nurses. We are within 20 minutes to many beaches, including Lake Winnipesaukee, and provide easy access to head south to the ocean or north to the mountains. You will have your own separate parking/entrance, but are welcome to enjoy our cozy fire pit, stylish treehouse, and backyard access to the network of snowmobile trails.

1,100 square feet, completely renovated, 1 bedroom with a walk-in closet. Large bathroom with two sinks and walk-in shower. Open concept living, dining and kitchen area with vaulted ceiling. Hardwood floors throughout. Central air. Apartment is connected to a main house but with no interior access between house and apartment whatsoever. (No interior connecting doors at all) It has its own private driveway and side yard. Reef tank will no longer be in the apartment after May 20th.

Originally built for a leather factory owner named Thomas Looby, The Salem house is now a beautiful opportunity to visit Salem in a distinguished space. Exactly one mile from downtown with off street parking, staying here allows being away from the craziness of the city center while intimately experiencing Salem by staying in a historic colonial home.
