Newly installed gas fireplace in 2022 will keep extra warmth and heat through cool evenings. As mentioned below, wifi is weak on a phone , good on a tablet. But it’s a spot to not be on devices. If you need major research or downloads, come up the driveway and it gets stronger. Local cafes have WiFi too

Access from a separate driveway, just a 10 minute walk to the ferry and downtown Sointula. Perfect for couples, families, or visiting workers. Comfortably sleeps 4 and the sofa can accommodate a fifth in a pinch. Let us know if you need baby items. We live upstairs (dogs and baby too), and have a great tenant in the other garden level suite.

This cottage is a separate building which is situated on the same property as the owners. Although this is a small cottage it has a fully equipped kitchenette, one bathroom, one double bed and a fold out couch, There is also a semi private patio for your use. Sorry NO TV but I offer FREE wifi. Please note * BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED. Please read entire listing BEFORE booking! Adult orientated only. I have a NO kids and NO pet policy . Permanent residents will welcome you on the property at time of check. Wifi available, in-suite washer and dryer, private parking and RV hookup. This cottage can stay up to 5 guests. The cottage is entirely on its own and not attached to any other dwellings, as seen in the pictures. The rental is of the entire dwelling.
