It is 3 minutes walking from the beautiful center of Makrinitsa with lovely restaurants and cafe's, and 30 minutes from Hania ski resort.

In 2022 we renovated it with respect to its traditional style, into a spacious idyllic guesthouse for 2+1 people, fully adapted to the traditional community of Makrinitsa, and yet providing modern amenities. Cozy and functional small (23 sq.m.) ground-floor studio with an independent entrance on a picturesque, quiet pedestrian street. Located in a central residential complex, in the heart of the city, next to shops, cafés, bars & traditional taverns. Less than a 5-minute walk from the university, the beach & the port. An ideal location for easy commuting without a car. No yard or balcony, but excellent value for money. Minimal decor, pleasant atmosphere.

The home of Centaurs

The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.

Ο χώρος μου είναι κοντά σε υπέροχη θέα, παραλία, εστιατόρια και χώροι εστίασης και τέχνη και πολιτισμός. Λόγοι που θα σας αρέσει ο χώρος μου: η θέα, η τοποθεσία, οι άνθρωποι, το περιβάλλον και ο εξωτερικός χώρος. Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια, δραστηριότητες για ένα άτομο, επαγγελματίες ταξιδιώτες.Όσο για τα κατοικίδια μόνο μικρά δεν επιτρέπεται να τα αφήνετε μόνο τους στο σπίτι και χρέωση είναι 10 € ανά μέρα.

Εκεί δίπλα βρίσκεται η πλήρως ανακαινισμένη πέτρινη οικία που προσφέρεται για να περάσετε στιγμές ηρεμίας και χαλάρωσης ατενίζοντας την πανοραμική θέα που σας προσφέρεται απλόχερα. Χώρος απλός λιτός όπως αρμόζει σε ένα χωριό του Πηλίου.

Placed in the upper part of the traditional shetlement o Makrinitsa on the pedestrian network of cobblestone paths 100 meters away from any car. All year round a unique experience of inhabiting. Pet friendly and safe for chidren.

Το διαμέρισμα μας είναι ένας ζεστός και φιλόξενος χώρο για αυτούς που θέλουν να ανακαλύψουν τη φυσική ομορφιά του βουνού, σε απόσταση αναπνοής από την πόλη του Βόλου. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, στα καλντερίμια της Πορταριάς, και το σπίτι μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 5 άτομα.

The chalet was built in 1928 with local stone from Pelion and has a special architectural design and was recently completely renovated (2016). The view is impressive and the interior of the house boasts the romance of another era with all modern-day comforts. The property has two floors and a garden (1000 sqm).
