'La Verdecita' is approximately 500 years old and has very peaceful and calm atmosphere as well as classic structure and proportions. The house has full air con / heating and wifi through out. We have spent the past year working on the restoration of the building. We have tried to respect the heritage and conserve the soul of this historic and unique house. We have sourced appropriate materials, commissioned furniture and put our heart and soul into creating a comfortable home from home. We have searched for special pieces of furniture, mixing antique and modern pieces. There are comfy beds, crispy cotton sheets and plenty of fluffy towels. La Verdecita is perfectly appointed and positioned to discover and explore all the magic that Seville had to offer with your friends and family. The ground floor is centred around the patio which creates a light, airy and generous space. There is a huge dining table, perfect for a large dinner or a slow and lazy breakfast. The sitting room is comfortable and spacious with enough sofa space for everyone to relax. There is also a smart TV, a DVD player and a wood burning stove. We have a fully equipped kitchen with an extra large Smeg oven, a dishwasher and everything you need to cook a big celebratory meal. There is a utility area with washing machine. The 'Susana' double bedroom is just off the covered courtyard. This cool and comfortable room has the original high wooden, beamed ceilings as well as tiled and panelled walls. There is a double bed with an en suite shower room. The private downstairs patio houses the wooden hot tub / jacuzzi. There is also a handy, separate toilet. Stairs leading to the first floor. The first floor has four bedrooms. 'Reyes'. The principal bedroom, king size bed (150cm x 200cm) with en suite bathroom (copper bath tub, hand held shower, toilet, basin, bidet). This bedroom has a huge, ancient antique door as a headboard and two floor to ceiling windows leading onto juliet balconies that look onto Calle Verde. Original double doors lead through to the spacious bathroom with an exposed brick wall, soft lighting and a deep, luxurious copper bath tub. The 'Maria' bedroom with king size bed (150cm x 200cm) and en suite shower room (shower, toilet, basin, bidet). This airy bedroom has a high ceiling and original wooden beams. Both the bedroom and adjoining shower room are decorated with handmade tiles in soft, subtle colours. It is a particularly quiet and peaceful room with a window overlooking the inner courtyard. The 'Esperanza' bedroom, two single beds (90cm x 200cm). This cosy and welcoming room has antique shutters on the wall, and a floor to ceiling double window leading to a balcony with a view over Calle Verde. The 'Rocio' bedroom, king size bed (150m x 200cm). This calm, lovely and simple room has original exposed bricks, ceiling and beams as well as a very beautiful armoire! The shared shower room. A huge walk in double shower with two generous brass showers. Toilet, bidet and basin. Stairs leading to the roof terrace. The roof terrace is great for relaxing. There is ample seating, a shaded area, an out door shower and a little bar area with a sink, fridge and dishwasher, perfect for preparing refreshments! Come and fall in love with Seville! I work with my good friends and family - if I am not able to meet you in person then one of them will! The house is located on one of the prettiest and most evocative streets in La Juderia. Covered with scented jasmine, Calle Verde is a short stroll from tapas bars and La Carboneria for flamenco, and just moments from La Giralda and The Real Alcazar. You won't need public transport! The house is super-central and everything is easily accesible on foot. If you do need a bus there is a stop a five minute walk away. One of the main bus stations is a ten minute walk. There is a taxi rank two minutes away.

Concretamente se trata de un apartamento, situado en la localidad de Marbella, en la exclusiva zona denominada Golden Mile, cercana a alojamientos tan exclusivos como el hotel Puente Romano y el Hotel Marbella Club. Revamped Minimalist Stone Country House

Nestled on the foot of mount Giouchtas, in the picturesque village of Archanes, our stone countryhouse is located in one of the most central and beautiful parts of the area. Archanes are 20 minutes away from the centre of Heraklion(15km), 15 minutes away from Heraklion's International airport, 15 minutes away from the famous Minoan palace of Knossos, as well as 20 minutes away from numerous beautiful beaches. Situated in the center of the most important wine-producing region of Crete, it has a 5000 years old history, while excavations conducted in the last 50 years have brought to light a lot of sites dating back to the Minoan period. The village is also very famous for its typical Cretan architecture. Most of the houses have been restored recently and Archanes has won the second award as “the best restored village in Europe”. The house enjoys a spacious interior and a private garden, which is protected by a peripheral wall. This is a typical characteristic of old Cretan houses of the area. Guests enter the private garden through the gate which then leads to the main building. I am always at the disposal of my guests, so that I can make their holiday problem-free. My guests can reach me at my mobile phone, text me or send a message directly to my inbox. Nestled on the foot of mount Giouchtas, in the picturesque village of Archanes, the home is located in one of the most central and beautiful parts of the area. Archanes is 20 minutes away from the center of Heraklion and beaches. I always recommend to my guests a car hire, so that they can enjoy their holidays by visiting plenty of places each day. Furthermore, there is a free parking very close to the house. The country house is only 20’ away from the “Nikos Kazantzakis Airport” and the port. The archeological site of Knossos is 15’ away.

ONAR VERDE doesn't offer a parking spot, but in a walking distance of 5 minutes there is a free of charge municipal parking area (Plateia Talos) where our guests can park their car.
