VERY SPACIOUS INCLUDES POOL, TWO GYMS AND TENNIS COURT! Guests have private use of the condo with self check-in keyless entry. Has 1 bedroom with queen bed, bathroom with shower/tub, enclosed screened patio, sunroom, living room with TV and Sofa that converts to a double bed or chaise, dining room, full kitchen, and laundry area. Central heat and air conditioning. We are on the third floor. The stairway is close to the condo and two elevators are also available. No pets. No parties.

This facility does not allow parties. This is a studio cottage with a queen bed and a loveseat - two guests maximum occupancy. Fees for early check-in and late check-out are payable upon arrival/departure. One pet allowed with a maximum weight of 25 lbs. A coin laundry is on the premises for your convenience. This unique place has a style all its own. A Studio stay like no other!
