Our guest apartment is a peaceful, bright, private space with undercover parking and entry from the carport. Situated in a quiet street in walking distance from Wentworth Falls Lake, and easy drive to all the main sights of the Blue Mountains. We have a luxury bathroom with a fabulous shower with a heated floor. There are also comfy chairs in the sitting room/ kitchenette. Reverse cycle air conditioning will keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. We welcome anyone who would like to visit.

The cabin is close to the world-heritage Blue Mountains National Park, with the Grand Cliff Top Walk a short stroll away. Enjoy discovering the beautiful houses and gardens of Leura as well as the food and cultural offerings of Blue Mountains villages nearby.

Guest also has the gate remote control to enter and exit with ease. This is the 1st of two separated guest-suites on our large backyard with trees. It is self contain and no sharing amenities.

This accommodation is ideal for those who prefer the rustic charm of a historic property over modern comforts. Warm and cosy in winter, the studio was once a purpose-built kitchen of a house built in 1888. Separate entrance. Recycled furniture, large bed, sofa, original fireplace and bathroom with shower cabin. Tiny veranda and a kitchenette, shared patio. NO KITCHEN. To use the fireplace, please BYO timber. This is a comfortable self-contained studio, formerly an actual artist's studio, underneath the main residence, with its own shower and toilet, as well as a kitchenette. It has a queen bed, a king single that doubles as a sofa, and a single trundle bed. It has a small dining table and four chairs. It now boasts a camping washing machine for light loads, and an airer, as well as a dehumidifier. I also added an air fryer!

Orchard Cottage, set in beautiful private gardens in a quiet and exclusive street just 2 mins drive to Moss Vale CBD. It is part of an historic former farmhouse dating from 1917 and originally part of the 1000 acre Throsby Park Homestead, which can be viewed from the garden. The accommodation is extremely comfortable, warm in the winter, cool in the summer.
