Parsonage Farm Cottage is completely separate from the main house, with its own garden, incredible views and peace and quiet, with Oare Water running along the bottom of the property. The Old Workshop. A Cosy Exmoor Bolthole.

The old workshop is less than a 10 minute walk from the Local Pub, The Staghunters Inn. There are amazing walks from the doorstep, a favourite being the walk to Lynmouth along the spectacular East Lyn river via the National Trust tearooms at Watersmeet. The perfect place to stop for coffee halfway! We had a lot of fun converting The Old Workshop into a warm, cosy space, using reclaimed wood and upcycling items such as old beer barrels and old pine furniture.
