There are several nearby car parks and overnight street parking. Lymington has a thriving Saturday market and high street. The quay, marinas and IOW ferry terminal are all a short walk away and the new forest is very close. Please note the host has a dog who may sometimes be in the shared garden.

Gardeners cottage is a charming and cosy bolthole in the grounds of the Old Sir Walter Tyrell House, set in the heart of the new forest. The house was for over 150 years a pub, then derelict for a decade and now stylishly restored to a private residence. Gardeners cottage is a 1 bed, self contained dwelling with a kitchen-dining-living room, king size bedroom, and luxurious bathroom. It is pet friendly, has access to a private, south facing, fenced off garden with terrace.

Kings Garn is a privately owned house on the edge of the village of Minstead in the New Forest and set within 5 acres of gardens. The accommodation is a 2nd floor flat (self catering), is perfect for families (no children under 12), couples, friends and can accommodate up to four guests in three bedrooms.
