Shore Shack is a newly construction timber frame cabin on the Atlantic Ocean. Beautiful views and direct oceanfront. A Sandy beach within walking distance (at the end of Sand Beach road). The town of Liverpool is a five minute drive away. Very private! Whitepoint, Carter's and Summerville beach all a short drive away. A four person hot tub was added in March 2022. Newly built in 2021 as a place to hideaway in nature. Set on a private wooded 9 acre lot with lake access to Powers Pond. We have two Kayaks available for use. There are many walking trails on the property for you to explore nature! Situated on a private road, you’ll be sure to find your peace and quiet here. We offer a kayak and canoe to help you explore all that Grand Lake has to offer. End your days relaxing by the fire pit or sipping your favourite drink on the front deck overlooking the lake and taking in the dark sky preserve.
