We are also a short drive from Royal Deeside, The Cairngorms National Park, and many local golf courses. A beautiful location to unwind and relax.

This Charmer is the room where the farm workers used to live. We have carpeted it and put in light and power points. There is a double bed mattress and a double inflatable mattress, chairs and bed side table with light. There are tables and chairs and crockery, cutlery, toaster, kettle, microwave. There are event loos which have hot water and now a shower, situated next to the charmer. There is a no smoking ANYWHERE policy. There is a flight of stairs to the room. Happy to show you the farm

The Farm Bothy cottage offers luxury accommodation on a working sheep farm. It is self-contained, within a modern steading/barn conversion. We live in the other wing of the house. You can explore the farm, woodlands and our garden. Ideally located for visiting nearby castles and distilleries the area also has great cycling, golfing, fishing and horse-riding. Our local pub is a mile away. The nearest town, Alford, has a pub, restaurant, shops, supermarket, parks and museums.

The Bothy is laid out as studio style accomodation with a double bed, small kitchen area and a separate shower room, with porta potty style facilities! If you time your visit right (seasonal) guests are welcome to pick their own raspberries, blackcurrants, or apples. Other home-grown produce may be available. Bedding and towels provided.

Old Mains Cottage is a traditional character dwelling that has been extensively modernised. Originally it was the laundry of a mansion house that once stood in the adjacent woods. The cottage stands in its own private grounds & is accessed via a private road. There is private parking outside the property. Guests will enjoy the freedom of the entire house set within its own extensive private grounds. it is not a ‘designer shed’ or a glamping experience.
