The Priory

The Priory is an impressive former Gentlemen’s residence, which dates back to 1864 and has been lovingly restored as superior apartments. The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). Highcliff Cottage - Clifftop Paradise

Highcliff Cottage at Luccombe is a dream holiday retreat, secluded and tranquil. A 100m high clifftop garden oasis overlooking Sandown Bay and the south of England. Relax on the deck, listen to the bird song and breathe in the fresh air. Situated between Shanklin and Ventnor, the Cottage is designed in the boathouse style with beautiful detailing inside and out, with exclusive use of a large garden and access to a spectacular cliff terrace. Bay Cottage

This snug little one bedroomed accommodation sits up high with views of both Shanklin and Luccombe bays from each side. This property is ideal for walkers or cyclists as it sits just off the coastal path and is also close to the bridle path leading up to the Downs. There is a bus stop at the end of the lane for easy access to the rest of the Island. The accommodation is 15-20 minutes walk to several different beaches and 15 minutes walk to a number of restaurants pubs and eateries.
