Quiet location but also closer to the local highway. Comfortably fit three adults or two adults with two children. Since we noticed few parties already. Please be aware that we don’t accept any parties. Maximum four people, five the most if you have children

The McKinney Garden House offers all the amenities of a full-size home, making it perfect for long weekend couples getaway or business travelers. When you’re not shopping at the Outlets, spectating at the Events Center, or taking a scenic stroll on the creek trail — The space is all you need for a calm retreat. The studio is attached to the main home but is a completely separate unit, with its own private entrance and easy parking.

A 7 minute drive from McKinney downtown, 15 min. drive from Plano and Frisco areas and 40 minutes from Dallas/DFW airport. We allow for at least 24 hours between reservations to thoroughly clean and disinfect the whole house.
