The Waterworks Mall which includes grocery stores, retail shopping, restaurants, wine and spirits store, fast food , and movie theater is a short 5 minute drive.

Across the street from Boyce Park, enjoy miles of hiking and biking trails, tennis and pickleball courts, and much more. Relax while watching the sheep, goats, chickens, ducks, and great pyrenees dogs from your deck. 6 miles from Monroeville and 18 miles from downtown Pittsburgh.

PRIVATE MINI STUDIO (D2)

This Mini Studio is for anyone needing a neat, clean, cool place to stay. It has a new queen bed, sleeper sofa, a kitchenette and a full bathroom with a private entrance on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 1890s Pittsburgh mansion. It's the size of a large room and works very well with guests that are planning to work, or go out enjoying the city and come back to a safe, clean and comfy place to recharge for the night (not suitable for kids under 10).

Private entrance, unique finished basement with fireplace, bar, TV, mini fridge, coffee maker, sleeper sofa, full beautiful bathroom. This is the only space you will have access to. No shared access to the rest of the home. There is a queen size sleeper sofa with a standard queen size mattress not a sleeper sofa mattress and I have a queen size air mattress.
