Charming cosy character cottage tastefully renovated and opened to our first guests in March 2018. Located within a 2 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, restaurants & shops. It has an open plan kitchen, living room with log burner, 2 bedrooms (1 with a king size bed and 1 with a double bed) and a shower room (no bath). Outside there is a shared backyard and to the front of the property there is a shared picnic area.

Weaver Cottage is a Grade II listed 2-bed character cottage set within the picturesque village of Darley Abbey. Recently renovated to an exceptional standard, the historic cottage is an ideal base from which to explore Derby, Derbyshire and the stunning Peak District National Park. A mere 1-minute walk across the River Derwent from The West Mill and The River Mill venues, Weaver Cottage provides the perfect accommodation for guests seeking a peaceful night after a day of celebrations!

The Barn

The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

Willow Cottage

The accommodation was once a barn dating back to 1900. It is a contemporary conversion within the rear garden of the main house. The property incorporates everything needed for a great stay. It is completely private and self-contained. The ground floor consists of an open plan living room/kitchen and is accessed by two large patio doors. A staircase leads to a light and airy bedroom with a king size bed, drawers and a wardrobe. There is an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Rose Cottage is our 1680’s cottage set in the heart of the the Castle Donington conservation area. Easily accessible from from the M1, M/A42, or A50, and close by to East Midlands Airport and Donington Park race track. Only a minutes walk to the Village centre and a choice of restaurants, bars and pubs. This cosy cottage has all that you might need to have a lovely break. We live nearby, and will be on hand to help with anything you may need.
