Det har en mysig innergård med solstolar och utemöbler där man kan koppla av mitt I staden. det är mycket nära Södervärns busstation och möllevångens krogliv. Det är även gångavstånd till trianglelstationen. välkommen den 5 augusti 2024 åker jag iväg på en mycket lång resa. Då kommer jag att ha en trevlig co host som bor här i det stora huset och tar hand om airbnb i gästhuset.

Den lilla stugan i min trädgård är enbart tillgänglig för korttidsuthyrning, max 45 dagar. Den rymmer på 23m2: sovrum, vardagsrum med pentrykök och wc-dusch. Stugan är inte stor men ren och trivsam. I sovrummet finns säng 120 cm bred (1-2 pers) och i vardagsrummet en 90 cm-säng/soffa (1 pers).
