The 1,539 square foot historic loft features an open floorplan w/ a full kitchen, a 15' bar, a dining area, a living area w/ fireplace, a billiard table, 15' copper ceilings, granite stone walls, and original hardwood floors. Each bedroom suite features soaring ceilings, a clawfoot tub, a private bathroom, a cloudlike Beautyrest mattress, and a flat-screen TV.

Welcome to our cozy, light filled bungalow in downtown Llano, TX! This modern space is made special with vaulted ceilings, huge windows, a screened in patio. Enjoy our eclectic book selection, spin our hand selected records, or sit under the 500 year old oak tree. Get away from the city and come wind down on our 5 acre property just a 3 minute drive to the clear cool waters of the Llano River. The Floating Rock Cabin has everything you need; a full kitchen, washer/dryer, a bathroom and shower, an outdoor shower, and Netflix. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while watching birds, deer, and other wildlife. Spend your day on the beach at the Llano River fishing, swimming, or hunting for rocks. The starry skies are a must after you grab a bite to eat.

Shady V Ranch Cabin- Castell, Texas

The Shady V Ranch cabin is located 2 miles east of Castell on about 100 acres. Breathe the fresh, clean, crisp air. Now get ready to enjoy some fun time "UNPLUGGED". Cell service is limited and there is NO wifi provided on the property. This ranch has been in my family for over 100 years. My Grandfather (Henry Hasse) first bought the land in the early 1900's. We are excited to be able to share part of the Texas Hill Country and the beautiful Llano River. We hope you enjoy your stay!

The Nest

This property is very private with no other B&Bs on the property. No noise at night other than nature. Very dark nights so stars are incredible. Great sunrises and sunsets. It’s the ideal vacation if you're looking to get to nature while still being minutes from Historical Fredericksburg. Outside: Wood fire pit, gas fire pit if too windy to light a fire.
